If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the Lost Your Password? link in the Riff Ninja Member’s box on the right hand side of this page.
You will be prompted for your Username or E-Mail address. Once you’ve entered that, click on the “Get New Password” button.
IMPORTANT!
The system will now send you a NEW password to the email address associated with your user account.
You must check your email for that password, then come back and login using the new password.
After that point, you may change the password to something you’ll remember better, by editing your Membership Details.
Another common reason for not being able to login is that your membership may have expired. You can renew or upgrade your membership here.
